Hello and welcome to our bakery family! We're Brandon and Lindsay, a husband-and-wife team who've been mixing love and batter for over 15 years. With our two wonderful boys, Henry and Bennett, we're on a mission to build a flavorful legacy for our family and our community.
Lindsay brings over 20 years of culinary magic to the table! A proud graduate of the Oregon Culinary Institute, she's sprinkled her talent across the Portland Metro culinary scene. From crafting gourmet delights at Paley's Place and Tualatin Country Club to baking up a storm at Salty's on the Columbia, Grand Central Bakery, and St. Honoré—she's done it all!
Our passion? FLAVOR with a capital F! We're all about bringing you big, bold tastes and scrumptious combinations that'll keep you coming back for more. We're thrilled to share our love of baking with you and can't wait for you to try our delicious creations.

For us, the sign isn’t about politics or endorsing an organization. It’s about affirming that every person who walks in here deserves to feel welcome, respected, and safe.
